Mobile Bar FAQ

Our luxury bar setup includes our statement bar truck, professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, menu signage, bar tools, cups, and napkins. We handle setup, service, and cleanup — no stress on your end.

Ideally, 3–6 months in advance for peak dates. But we will always do our best to meet requests shorter than that timeframe. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and venue confirmed.

Our truck is best for outdoor spaces, drive-ins, and venues with accessible roll-up doors. For indoor events, we also offer satellite bar setups that carry the same elevated style.
Beverage Service FAQ

Yes — in Kansas, we are fully licensed to provide and serve alcohol. In Missouri, due to state laws, you (the host) purchase the alcohol, and we provide everything else. We’ll guide you through either option.

Absolutely. We love working with clients to develop drinks that match your story, brand, or event vibe. We can also create mocktails and zero-proof menus.

Yes! Our 0% PROOF service features crafted mocktails, non-alcoholic wines and beers, botanical spirits, and more. Perfect for wellness events, baby showers, or inclusive options for all guests.
Logistics FAQ

We’re not full-service planners, but we do offer a turnkey “Sip + Celebrate” experience where we coordinate all the cocktail hour elements so you don’t have to lift a finger. If you are looking for a full-service planner we have plenty of recommendations to share with you.

We require a 10x20’ space with level ground and clear access. For venues with tight access, we offer alternative setups.

We can bring a small tent for light rain, and/or we’ll work with your planner or venue on backup options. We’re used to Midwest weather mood swings!
